With nearly a decade of experience as a corporate fundraiser, Louise has previously built partnership programs from the ground up across two continents. She began her career at the Danish Red Cross in Copenhagen, where she developed sustainable funding models, strategic collaborations, and engaging campaigns. Later, at Gulf for Good in Dubai, she established the organisation’s first corporate partnership programme, securing long-term support in a region new to the model.
Louise’s values-led leadership is rooted in a commitment to reducing inequalities. She balances purpose and profit by aligning mission with measurable outcomes and engaging both employees and external partners in meaningful initiatives.
