Vidula Pawar is an accomplished and a versatile mechanical engineer with a PMP. With 8+ years of experience in manufacturing & operations, she has established herself as a sought after engineer to contribute towards critical problem solving and cross-functional team leadership skills.
Currently serving as Technical Program Manager at Apple. Vidula excels in Global team managements while supporting Product life cycle managements in High Volume Manufacturing. Vidula is passionate about creating products that make a difference while working closely with people.
Prior to Apple, Vidula worked at Schwan’s Food Company, where she was involved in multiple R&D process engineering projects for bringing multiple innovative food SKU’s to life and also bring up new manufacturing lines. Vidula’s expertise extends to Project & Product management, Operational Excellency & Efficiency Improvements and Data driven decision making.
Outside of Engineering, Vidula enjoys connecting with people, mentoring young professionals and traveling. Along with it, she is driven for women empowerment in all fields, especially STEM. Vidula holds a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Texas, Arlington, USA and a Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University of Pune, India.
